Because of the nature of fast food collection, refunds are given at the sole discretion of Sea Chef.
Once an order has been placed and collected, you must contact the shop directly should you have any complaints. The shop must be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day of the collection. If the shop does not rectify this for you then please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any refunds will be made the same way the food was purchased.
